Easy and Delicious Sheppard Pie

We had this delicious Sheppard Pie  for Dinner to celebrate St-Patrick Day, I have enough Irish blood,  my grandma use to transform her house every year for that celebration, a lot of green!!!

This is a easy recipe using left over,

Ingredients,

8 ounces of left over Lamb, or cooked meat diced
1/2 cup of gravy, I used the juice and gelatine from my left over lamp roast, "full of protein"
6 garlic cloves minced
1 red onion minced
1/2  14oz can of mix carrots and peas,
1/2  14oz can of diced fired roast tomatoes
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of Worchester sauce
1 tablespoon of butter
 Ground pepper, and sea salt
3 cup of left over mash potatoes, I used a mix of Yukon gold and yams
4 ounces of grated German Suisse cheese
1/3 cup of pine nuts

Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes, cheese and nuts,  f6.3, 1/60sec. ISO200
Method,

Oven at 350
put onion and butter In a Pyrex baking dish and microwaved for about 2 min. at high, add all the other ingredients of the list except the potatoes, cheese and nuts, microwaved for 5 min. at med high.
Top the mix with the potatoes, cheese and nuts, put in an oven at 350 for about 30min. broiled 2 min. to colored the cheese and nuts.
Served, and enjoyed!!!
